The Iuka State Bank, Salem, IL

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this bank until recently when I paid off an account. To find out that they put my old account in collections and said it was delinquent after I already had it paid off for months. So I find out I owed them $10 for a late fee somehow. Why did they tell me account has been paid off and given the title if I owned more money. I was not happy when I was told why. Do not recommend anymore.
