Everyone is so friendly and easy to contact. You send a message and always get a reply within a very short time. This process was so easy. The app keeps you posted of everything step and and documents needed as soon as the request is entered. Highly recommend!!!

Fred (and Kindra) were amazing to work with! This was my first time buying a house and Fred was always there to answer any questions I had, no matter what time of the day it was! He was very polite and made this home buying journey very relaxing for me! 5-Stars all the way around!! I highly recommend Flat Branch Home Loans!

Had a great experience while going through my home loan process. Fred Weber is who I worked with and if I had any questions, they were answered promptly, if I missed something or a new milestone was achieved he would contact me right away to let me know, very pleased with my decision to go here!
