CheckSmart, Clarksville, IN

The rude lady everyone is talking about name is Chelsea.. I came in today good mood and everything…. This lady nose so stuck up you can see every nose hair…. She was rude seemed like she hated her job. Telling me a different amount then what I’m actually approve of…. Ended up getting my money right to bank online. Called corporate to make a complaint. They’re not understanding why she gave me a different number either…. This my 2nd time being help by this women and she’s discriminating every time… Attitude nasty just everything about her is rude.

The last few times I have either contacted or been into the Clarksville Indiana location the employees were EXTREMELY rude so I will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone else knows they should too. You work in customer service and people are there because they need help, not judgement or attitude from a stranger. I've worked all of the customer service branches and even had food thrown at my head, my smile never faltered and I still had a good attitude toward customers. There is absolutely no excuse for anyone to be treated this way.

Very rude lady that picked up the phone on 2-9-22 at 4:55 pm. We should be able to ask questions without getting a smart tone or any sort of rudeness. Please quit your day job!

I've visited a CheckSmart in KY for years and can get in and out of there in 10 minutes flat. At this location I have to wait at least 30 minutes to get to the counter any time I go. Tonight in the middle of the pandemic I found myself packed into their tiny waiting area with 8 people while 2 of the slowest dudes I've ever seen tried to knock out their work and get home. Hire more people! moving this slow right now is a health risk to your patrons.

went there and got a loan they give a card i couldn't use because the person who did the paper work on the pc didn't pit in the ssi or phone number in right so i was unable to change pin. and activate the card i got from them. . lady was kind of rude.. she act like typing and printing was a hard job . but it was fast in and out.

Was helped by Chelsea. Very professional and courteous!! Also very informative, she really knew her job and explained everything to me. She had patience with me also because Iam new to the pay day loans. I hope Chelsea is there whenever I go in. I would stand in line to wait for her to help me anytime I go in. Thank you Chelsea, for being so patient & kind

I've been going to this location for several years now. The employees have always been real nice to me but here lately, something has changed. When you do your loan online, which was suggested to me, they have been automatically processing my loans a day before it's even due. Then it takes a week or two before it processes through my bank. It's been done twice on me now. I don't get paid until Friday's. I've asked about this and was told it's a mistake through their system. It's become a headache and I'm taking my business somewhere else....

Everyone is super nice! And they actually call and remind you of your payment and absolutely is polite about it .
