Easy Cash Pawn, Clarksville, IN

I managed to stumble across this business while I was driving down Eastern Boulevard on my way to Best Buy to purchase a laptop. In the past, I heard bad reviews about this place so was a little Leary. However when I open the door, I was immediately greeted and was assisted. The store was very clean, they had many items in there that I did not know went to pawnshops, and the staff were extremely friendly. I ended up purchasing a laptop while receiving awesome and amazing service. Missie and Krystal thank your for working which me while looking for a new laptop. Your patience was stellar. This place has got to be the best kept secret in Clarksville. Well not no more. I will return soon. Thanks again for the wonderful service. #amazing

Very rude, spoke to me as if I were trash because I brought a welder in but dont know how to weld. After I called and asked what the requirements were and they said that it needed to work. It’s pretty common to own things you can’t work when you are 36 with dementia. So, thank you to the lovely bunch here for making me feel less than human!! I’m getting rid of things for reasons beyond your protocol and maybe from time to time when someone inquires and states clearly to you they are not understanding what you mean, you will have some decency and patience. The fact you blatantly turned your nose up at the fact I can’t weld, shows me that I wouldn’t have wanted to sell it here anyways. You’re approach has crippled my ability to move forward with getting rid of things that I can no longer use (because I forgot how). So again thank you. I hope you get what exactly what you deserve in life. Maybe you won’t even have to be in my position humiliated by a business.

Just another Pawn Shop trying to rip you off rather than help people out. If you find yourself forced to do business with one these places in Southern Indiana,,since they are all owned by the same parent company,, be prepared to get lowballed for the cash loan you want. Then if you plan on getting your item back,,, good luck,, since they will tack on additional charges that even a loan shark would hesitate in doing to a customer. Each and everytime you try to do business,, count on being treated like a new convict,, oops,, Customer again and get lowballed on your merchandise again!!

My biggest complaint is the staff is too damn busy cutting up with their "regulars." People that just hang out and never buy anything while customers actually trying to purchase items stand around like a$$h0les waiting for service. It happens almost Every time I go there. CashAmerica up the road is much better.

My brother took a Fender Telecaster to them to borrow money for a bill. He wanted to borrow 175.00 and they lowballed him to 85.00.These people apparently don’t know the value of the product or their CROOKS! My guess is the last.Also their inventory has went downhill bad.The old help isn’t there anymore.They must be getting desperate for inexperienced help.They lost my business
