Jolene was on top it knowing all the details for the plan that I was hoping for. Very friendly and efficient, Natco is the only place I do banking and have been with you for over 20 years at least. Ive never had a bad experience plus today I didnt have my amt set high enough and called while at check out and the lady took care of it in less than 5 minutes. Very thankful.

Worse experience in my life... their mission statement is to make the community stronger but literally got caught stealing from me and trying to hold me accountable for something that was their fault and made me accountable then denied to help me because I didn't put my bigger check in direct deposit but left deposits worth almost 300 to keep there telling me checks I'm the designated payee to do not count torward my income but if I bring my big check to you them you would help me after im eligible for another "freedom fast" loan... completely no help at all after you stole from me and kept telling me I was in the wrong until a actually good person who bothered to listen seen the error and admitted that you dropped the ball i could have been as greedy as your bank was and sued you for a pretty penny but chose to keep my standing good just to be told basically my money isn't good there, perfectly fine with me those aren't even my main incomes and I'm definitely switching all my deposits after this and finding a bank that doesn't steal from you then makes it worse denying me help and telling me checks with my name on them don't count and it's not the reason you fed me about it being in the children's names because they have "payable to " with my name and you had no issues stealing them and telling me they don't count suddenly I would never in my life recommend doing business with you guys I have other assets I included that were completely ignored I'm my applications as significant liquidated funds, miscellaneous income like child support and more but yeah, let's tell him his money is no good here, sure you wrote off the charge but hey it's your loss, very highly dishonest, crooked and negligent of your management. You won't get anymore from me and I ought to press the issues and take you to court and subpoena the recordings of your staff calling me a liar, insisting I was the one not listening and talking crazy to me while you stole right in my face and denied the fact that you messed up till someone who actually had a heart fixed it. My express apology and wish to recover in good standing apparently wasn't reciprocated. Slander, emotional distress and defamation as well as the theft and dishonest attempt to hold me responsible for your fault and yeah, not mad anymore just done with natco... I have some options to consider because your conduct was beyond the line.

I have been a member since 2017. I believe in everything this company stands for! Excellent service & can always rely on them, the loan officers & their call center. They also have multiple products for a checking account that we personally love. My parents have been members for years. I also have had my three sons savings accounts. 10/10 Highly recommend!
