I've been in the store several times to cash my check Miss khalila has helped me a great deal explaining the the cards the different pay cards and how to do direct deposit she has helped me set up apps on my phone which he didn't have to and I am greatly appreciative of her so please everyone give her a thumbs up

Julie was amazing and very helpful! She always has the best customer service and I goes above and beyond to help in any way!

Julia was such a great person to work with. She waited patiently through the entire process. Go to the one on 2620 Madison and ask for Julia.

Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I have never written a google review in my life but after interacting with Barbara today at the Ace Express on Madison Ave I literally HAD to say something. I have never been made so uncomfortable by someone’s actions and the way they treated me. I walked in and said “Hi how are you” and no response. I was immediately uncomfortable and felt bad for entering the store and “inconveniencing” her. She talked to me like I was an idiot, told me all of my information was wrong (which is confusing because I’ve been to the downtown location with zero issues) and, when she was finished say “you can leave”. Extremely weird behavior. Extremely uncomfortable. I would have rather just thrown my paycheck away than interacted with this woman. Will not return. And I’ll advise my mutuals and friends to avoid this establishment and specific location as well. I don’t know what’s wrong with people.

Miss Barbara is awesome! She’s truly a great customer service rep! We need more ppl like her…

I have been an ACE customer for years now and have seen Customer service reps come and go. Now I can truly say that I have met the best CSR ACE has on staff. He is versatile moving from store to store and working in a different setting every day. Yes you should be able to work at any store once trained but whenever there is a substitute for the day they almost always have trouble all day. Seen it! However Otis is the exception to the rule. He knows how a store is supposed to run and does so with ease. He is knowledgeable in procedures and waste no time in getting customers in and out with a smile. For me, I would be proud to work with people like Otis but they are few and far between. He is a very polite young man and represents the ACE brand as well as any that I have experienced.
