I had gone to two other locations both of which were out of gap flare cards. I was in a bind and needed quick access to my funds. I was already happy that the Pendleton Pike location had some in stock. But upon arrival Met your care team member, Dasha, who went over and beyond the call of duty for me. She was most pleasant and greeted me with a smile from start to finish. Dasha Even called me back after my departure after noticing an oversight that would have caused me a problem later and was quick to solve the problem w/ cheer. Not to make an issue of color but I love seeing dealing and supporting businesses when in operation by intelligent business minded people of color. Dasha gets one UP for WOMEN and one more for make that MELANIN SHINE!!!

All the ladies there were great today we had a great conversation and they were able to help me quickly, effectively, and professionally,at the same time. Every time I come in the store I never have any issues with any of the people working there so far, that's why I continue my business there. The two fabulous ladies that were able to help me so greatly today where Dasha and Monica thanks ladies I appreciate it!!

Angela was wonderful to work with. The process took only 30 minutes as a brand new customer in need of a one time payday loan. Was approved for what I needed. Once again Angela was fantastic!

Lady was very rude and disrespectful to where I had to take a photo of her to show who she was to file a complaint. She had many people waiting in line for over 45 min and then when I was the next person she answered the phone after waiting for so long and told me that I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like haven’t to wait that long. Mind you I did not have an attitude and others were very confused as well. She was ver unprofessional and do not recommend her working no customer service role, I will find out her name to complain to corporate as well.

I can’t say enough great things about Shay, one of the employees who works at this location! Each visit, Shay has been extremely polite, patient, attentive and informative. Being a victim of identity theft, There was an issue with a loan amount approval, which left me confused and discouraged. However because of Shay’s diligence, attention to detail and determination, she not only solved my problem but ensured I didn’t leave without have concrete, answers about my situation. Although I live a bit of a distance away, I will absolutely return to this location if I’m ever in another financial strain!

I stopped in today to grab a money order but received nothing after waiting out in my car for 5min then another 5min inside this smelly location. . Very poor customer service...only 1 cashier on a Friday at 415p is ridiculous. I was never greeted and the gentleman who was in front of me- who'd been waiting forever as well, simply walked out. I should of left right behind him smdh. Don't waste your time doing business here....they clearly care nothing about the customers experience.
