I called them and I had a previous loan that was owed. I told Shay I already paid it. She told me she will call to see what's going on there end. Then she called me back to so say. U good they had to do some things on their end. I was happy because that kept me from getting a loan. It was stressful but Shay was very professional and went over and beyond. Thank u Shay.

Paid little attention to us. My wife tried to correct an error involving the application, but the agent appeared to ignore her. Refused to correct it at all. Acted as if we were not going to pay the loan when we openly discussed doing so in front of her, two days earlier.
