Great customer service every time I go into this store. The ladies are awesome and I’m glad they have a more stable staff here now. The manager introduced herself and welcomed me to her store. Mrs Kim is awesome a well. Great job Checksmart.

Kimberly was great in assisting me today and deserves a raise.

I had issue with a insight card that was going to expire, so i went there at around 8am, on 12/30, the lady at the counter was very helpful with getting a replacement card, I would go here no problem

Unfortunately, I had to get a payday loan due to a financial emergency. It was my first time getting a payday loan. I had already been turned away from A-1 Cash because they refuse to accept anyone who banks with Woodforest, regardless of a 5-year account history of direct deposit in that account, gross income, etc. I decided to try Checksmart at this location and I am glad I did. I worked with Wayne, who was very friendly and helpful. I left feeling relieved and confident that I had chosen the right place to get a loan. Thanks for your help Wayne!

Kim is always a pleasure to work with. She has provided exceptional customer service each and every time I am at her location. She had gone above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I appreciate all that she has done for me.

I absolutely love coming to this location. Ms. Kimberly is the nicest and most professional person ever when some customers aren't the nicest to her. Her, Ms. Shannon, and Ms. Quiana are THE BEST!
