I have been using Advance America for short time payday loans for almost 20yrs and have had the pleasure of knowing Ms Marsha Sanders, Mgr! Ms. Sanders has always been professional, thorough and knows the Company's policies and takes the time to explain any and every new policies when they arise! She is truly an asset and advocate for and to Advance America! Ms Sanders' people skills are excellent, she is truly concerned for her clients and their needs, yet she remains professional...in recent years I've also had the pleasure of meeting a few other Customer Service employees of Advance America who has filled in for Ms. Sander when she's off for any reason and my experience with them has been great!
