Never had a bad experience and the customer service is excellent

AWFUL. TERRIBLE. SHADY. Very misleading. This is my first and last time in the store. The lady is also very rude. Her name is Iris, she took three phone calls while waiting On me. She also laughed and joked with another customer while waiting on me.

Did my taxes there, don't know if they have been filed. Got a text message saying my loan was ready. 4 days later still telling me call back next week. No body knows what's going on in there. Always standing in line for long periods of time. Really regret doing business with them.

Jessica is the best. So hopefully

Everyone I've dealt with here has always been so friendly and helpful. The customer service is fantastic and they do all that they can to help you and ensure a great experience in their store!
