Loans are quick and fairly easy. Always helpful ! I have had several loans over the past 12 years, interest rates are high but best place for a fast loan especially if you credit score is low.

WARNING Consumer Beware! Paid my second loan off credit is 115 points higher than when I first started with One Main Financial pre-qualified for a loan of $7000-8200 and was turned down by the Beech Grove office. Never was late always paid on my due date straight from my checking ,But when I paid them off the office Mgr asked me how I did that ? Told him my wife makes great money. Acted as if I did something wrong. Stay away from One main and a interest Barring loan . They would give me the loan when I owed them but when I paid my loan off ....NO GO. They want to keep you in debt most of my debt is paid off Credit Karma said a personal loan would help you . We are glad to say three of our lenders have offers for you. One main was one of them ,but once I applied was turn down . Because the office mgr has a personal feelings about me . Don’t know him from any other. But really upset him when I paid my loan off. True Story really . You do what’s right and what’s asked but I wasted my credit building with One Main . Still in shock they wouldn’t give me the loan. No reason . But I still have money just trying to rebuild my credit from a horrible accident. STAY AWAY FROM ONE MAIN FINANCIAL!

Applied for a loan due to being pre-qualified. The SECOND I hit submit online I received a phone call and, when I didn't answer, a text from this location. I then received multiple emails within the next 24hrs telling me to call the location, which I did on my lunch. I completed the questionnaire with Jasmine and she told me I qualified for a loan, but needed to come in to the branch to finish things up. I was going to have to take off work early to do this, but was told they would call me back to let me know what all was needed and what my loan details were. Never called me back. I called the next day, no one answered so I left a message the second time. Still no call back. I decided to call a different location, they ALSO didn't answer and never called me back. I sent an email asking for a follow up call two mornings after I spoke with Jasmine, never heard back. It's now been over a week and I've not heard a single thing from anyone in this company. Not exactly reassuring when I was trying to get a loan from them. They can't even be bothered to call me back? Definitely would not recommend.

Jasmine was awesome. Made me feel very comfortable with my financial decision. She explained everything fully which made it very easy for me to understand. If I ever need a loan in the future I will definitely contact One Main Financial

One Main gave me the unexpected loan I needed with just a phone call. They have always approved me for loans when I needed them. I will continue to use OneMain Financial in situations where I need unexpected cash. Thank You!
