It's always a good experience. But the questions you asked are a little ridiculous!!!

This is the worst excuse for a bank I think I have ever seen. I am out of town on vacation. I have a new vehicle loan and called wanting to make a payment with my debit card or any other way I can. Was told unless my checking is through them there is no way possible. I informed the girl I had not even received my payment book yet when I had left and it had been over 3 weeks. The first payment was already due. I told her this is the worst bank I've ever seen and she just says ok, Thanks You.

Freedom Bank is the bank to goto if you want the small town feel and great customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Alice Boger today for some important matters that arose in our family. Alice was so nice and friendly the whole time and figured out out the "issues" we had. I know Alice has been at Freedom Bank for some time, and she has always been great to work with. I also appreciate Freedom Bank in that they provide a sit down teller window; as someone with a neurological condition this makes banking so very much easier than having to stand the entire time. Alice spent over 45 minutes with us and handled everything perfectly; she said she "has seen much worse issues" and was happy to help us. Thank you Alice for helping us. James Matheis. Justin always does such a great job in the drive-through I try not to do the drive-through unless i’m not feeling well. Justin also always remembers the four-legged friends.

I've been banking there since 2009. I have never had any issues with anything with them. Always willing to help, even when my dominant hand is broken, they wrote my check out for me.
