Old National Bank, Jasper, IN

Just opened two accounts with old national.. We were met with smiles from the counter.. waited on immediately and taken care of in no time at all.. Misty woods made us feel at home, and I was amazed at her customer service skills.. Personally went out of her way to speak with other customers to make everyone feel valued.. i look forward to our future with old national bank..

Used to be a great place to bank. But their customer service went south badly. Closing account today.

Not like other banks.

I have my car loan through this bank (not by my choice). Came to pay my loan payment for the month and got ignored when I got here, the teller then proceeded to help someone who gets here almost 5 minutes after I did. Once I was helped they were short and kind of rude. I don't recommend banking with old national
