My husband and I worked with Wendy Cross to get a home equity loan. She made everything so easy on us. No hassles. The most friendly loan officer I've ever dealt with!! We have special circumstances and she worked around those to help us. She went above and beyond just to make sure we were happy!

LOVE this bank! They treat their customers like family. Wendy is a true asset.

I have held a mortgage with Lafayette Savings Bank for 10 years. Old National took them over. I was working with a teller trying to get an issue resolved. The manager was evidently half listening to the conversation. She later butted in and was VERY rude and unprofessional. She didn't even introduce herself. She even raised her voice to the teller that was trying to explain things. I think it is time to refinance. When I made that suggestion, the manager basically told me to go ahead. That was the only helpful thing she did. I will never go back to that branch again. If you are thinking of using them I'd rethink it. There are plenty of banks in Lafayette to choose from.

It's not often I leave reviews or feedback, but I felt like I had to speak up. I have a business account with Old National and must say that my experience with this branch's staff, especially Todd and Wendy have been nothing short of exceptional. Every time I stop by, they go out of their way to assist. I'd highly recommend utilizing this branch of Old National for your banking needs.

Very convenient and very friendly helpful staff. Especially bank manager. Very well outspoken person. Very helpful in a pinch.
