Banked with Crane for years. They changed their online payment system and haven't been able to pay our bill easily for two months. Called both times and spent over an hour on the phone. No one seems to want to help with the problem. One group will not take payments over the phone nor would they connect me with a local branch to make the payment. Still not resolved. Waiting for IT to call me back. Disappointed. Poor customer service.

This particular branch is great, the employees are friendly and very helpful. Now the bank overall is good unless.you need customer service after hours. I was locked out of my account over the 4th of July weekend (three days). I kept getting call us at # then "you reached us outside our business hours". 3 days I had no card to use and no one to help. Crane really needs to get better customer service!

Been banking here for several years, and I’ve never had issues when it comes to basic checking/savings transactions. Loans, however, are a whole different story. I’ve been trying for over a month to get someone from the Linton brunch to contact me about getting a refinance set up. I’ve left at least 3 messages with the loan officer and was told he/she would call me back. No call. I sent a message on the Crane website that I’m interested in a loan. It’s been almost 3 weeks and no call. I’m about to take my business elsewhere.

Nice friendly people, overall. Weekends can be very busy. If you want a loan, expect to wait a long time to talk to anyone.

Terrible customer service. They need to find employees who care & are friendly. Every time I go there or call in, the girls are extremely rude. I called to ask questions about a compromised account and she just gave me one word snotty answers. I was planning on reopening with them but I think I have changed my mind

I love the atmosphere in this bank. He walked in it's always clean they're always friendly those have a smile on their face they're always willing and ready to help you. Never really long lines. Usually don't have to have an appointment here you have a question that takes a manager does it take too long to get been to see them. You don't feel ashamed to ask for a loan or the credit card they can help you with your finances lots of options here and extremely nice people willing and ready to help.
