Regions Bank, Linton, IN

Regions corporate decided to close the Terre Haute branch (the only location within 60 miles of its local clients). So we were forced to travel 120 miles round trip to visit the Linton branch. When we spoke with the representative, she basically shrugged her shoulders about our savings account apparently being closed. She did not show any interest in helping us to find out why either. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

I have been involved with a Mortgage transaction with Regions since May. I’m the seller and the buyer picked Regions. We had an accepted offer and 1st closing date of June 14th. 7/26 was my third extension, same buyer, and no closing. I will refuse to work with Regions Mortgage again.

Been banking with this bank for over a year now. They have established quite a reputation of not doing anything to help me with ANY situation. No advantage to banking here! Wanted to close my account and was told there is a fee to do so. Trapped.

We got a loan for a house with Regions. Noticed our payments keep getting bigger realized they have been charging us insurance on our house even though we have it with another company. Confronted the bank and they say they would straighten it out. Now we are still waiting for it to be fixed after 5 years and have payed thousands that should have never been charged.

Best Bank in town ! Nice people! No charge for checking account.
