Worse than Main Source. I didn't think it could be any worse, and they don't care or listen. I called at least 5 different people even at Greensburg to find out how the change over would affect me. They all told me "don't worry, what you had will be grandfathered in". Then they shut everything off and a week later I had a$12 fee each day for overdrafts. Not at all what I had or was told I would keep. The branch manager tried to help to no avail. Corporate wouldn't answer her email. I called several times. They told me contact your branch manager. I did. She had to go by company policy since she couldn't get an answer. My best advice change banks. Real banks don't treat you this way and keep customers. Just because you live in Madison doesn't mean that's all there is.

I cashed a check and at first wasn't going to go there because they do not have a drive thru window, but I liked the comfortable atmosphere and you could feel the history in that bank! It's beautiful inside and the tellers always have a smile!
