Its like pulling teeth to get these people to do their job and actually answer the phones in that location! They literally pick up the phone and hang it right up, forward your call to voicemail after just one ring. I have even heard them sigh when they are forced to answer the phone. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL employees. There's an older man who works there that is very nice and helpful, his name is Randy, Tidy is also very sweet, but other than those two, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Never answer the phone and are hard to work with. Employees are nice but you have to actually be in the bank to get anything done.

Best bank in Madison! I have been a customer for close to 40 years! Employees are out of this world!
