Very shady. Led me to believe my interest rate was lower than what it came out to be. May not have lied to me but drug me along to believe this. Then when I asked why she kept saying "I said you may"

I worked with Madison to apply and complete a new loan. She was so helpful to answer all my questions. In fact, she took my many phone calls and was always patient and informative.
