By far the worst banking experience I've ever had. Tried to pay my mortgage in person (these cavemen don't offer anything comparable to online banking) SEVERAL times and they have had the doors closed in the middle of advertised hours. Avoid at all cost.

Always closes early. It makes it incredibly hard for households who work nights or long shifts to pay mortgages or use any of their services. I don’t recommend using them.

I've been with First Farmers for 20 years. They have always served my needs. Online banking is good and their staff is very pleasant. I have no issues with this bank.

Spoke to a loan officer that was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Laughed at a couple of my questions.
