I have had a very good experience with this branch not once now but twice with home loans. Nothing is ever perfect but they try really hard to make things right in a world where most people just don't care. My credit is far from perfect too!

If you don't have perfect credit DO NOT apply for any loans, when they inquire on your credit its a HARD HIT! They will lower your credit by 60 plus points.

Bitter sweet okay with home loans, but terrible tried twice to get a checking account open, called to get an appointment and said your to booked to accommodate a probably 5-10 minute thing...not even a try a tommorow or a different day/te just a "click" sorry ✌️

I use to bank with regions. My banking experience there in customer service had mostly been pleasant. So I know 1 employee doesn't make the bank. But unfortunately the tone I received today at the Marion location is why I am glad I've moved on to more professional institutions that value my money..

Went in to open accounts for myself and 3 of my boys after being without an account for years! Have been using cashapp and chime, but I am so glad I went to Regions! They were so friendly and efficient and I only wish I had gotten accounts sooner!!
