The new ATM has poor instructions for inserting debit card. All other machines are inserted chip first. This machine accepts the card with the chip on the left, facing up with the long edge inserted first.

Don’t waste your time with this bank in general. If they have a title and you go to sell something they make it a pain to get the title. Not only that you can’t use a power of attorney form from the bmv that’s been notarized to get the title sent to the new owners. Never had a problem with my other banks and doing it that way definitely will not be going through them and will tell others to avoid! And was also told 3-4 weeks before the title would even be sent? Company is a massive joke.

Used to be Mutual. Mutual allowed us to block thing from over drafting us, automatically. We didn't know that changed with a name change. So, our account overdrafts and we have six kids and now might lose our first new home (trailer). This greedy company is screwing over poor people, on purpose. They should be ashamed.

Professional, polite and helpful employees. Open on Saturday :) It is a little difficult to see from the road and not that easy to enter or exit
