We have dealt with Star Bank since it started. All of the employees we’ve dealt with (over 50 years) have been courteous, knowledgeable and quick to help. They have made loans easy to get, and have handled all of our accounts professionally. They feel more like a home town bank than a big financial conglomerate. We would not hesitate to go them them FIRST for all of our financial needs.

I have been a personal customer of Star Bank for almost 35 years. The business I work for currently also does business with Star. The downtown branch is very clean and organized. There’s very seldom any wait. The tellers are all super friendly and helpful. I am extremely happy with the downtown branch’s service.

One time my card was invalid because of computer error, and they won't cash 3rd party checks. Other than that I really shouldn't complain. Way better than Regions Bank
