Stachia has always been an email away when I was trying to get a loan for my new vehicle. She answers promptly and has been incredibly insightful and helpful, not to mention patient with me as I bombarded her with more and more cars as ones I looked into sold. Highly recommend :)

Wasn't going to review, but honestly I've had so many problems it's about time i did. App is incredibly confusing, and locks me out constantly. So I call in whenever I need anything updated. When I accidently double payed my car payment one month, I had to legitimately work to get my 2nd payment back. Now this year rolls around, and I have to update my debit card on my auto pay, so I call in and have a nice lady do it for me. Takes about 20 minutes, says no problem good to go. Well my car payment didn't go thru today for the first time in 3 years. So I call in, can't receive any help because their 'system' is down. And when I asked what the lady was doing on my account for 20minutes a few weeks prior, I was legitimately told, 'Well obviously I can't tell you because I can't access the system, call corporate if you can't update the card yourself.' Are. You. Joking?
