After almost a week of constant back and forth emails they kept asking for more and more information. They asked for tax documents, I sent them, and then had the nerve to ask CPA contact information as if we were doing something fraudulent. In the last attempt to ask them to 'please provide us the list of the exact documents you need' because we were getting extremely frustrated with the back and forth, they told us to go somewhere else.

Outstanding service and professionalism! We were thoroughly informed at each step of our loan process. The communication was excellent with everyone. The best home loan process we've ever gone through. Highly recommend Fairway to anyone.
