Buying my first home was a very stressful, but Landon was with me 100% of the way. Communication was fast and friendly always. It all started on a FB post, he talked about helping people buy a home. Cost of rent is ridiculous in my area and I thought I'll check out it... I'm pretty skeptical for strictly on line things but my experience was amazing. I would recommend Landon and his team to anyone! My family and I are happy home owners now and blessings just keep coming. If it weren't for replying to that post who knows where we would be. 100% recommend

From start to finish Landon was nothing short of amazing. He was understanding, very helpful answering any and all questions we had and doing such without making us feel small or unknowledgeable. There are times still today when questions arise and we reach out and he’s quick with a response. He genuinely cares and we were very thankful to work with him.

This was my first time purchasing a home and just the idea of going through any part of the process was more than intimidating and nerve racking. Landon had my back though! He was informative, patient, and took the extra time to be readily available for any questions or concerns that came to mind. Landon worked restlessly to get my husband and I into our first home. Our credit scores were low 600s and we didn’t have a lot of liquid cash, but he was able to get us approved for an awesome USDA loan despite the odds that were stacked against us. Oh and he did this all on a super tight timeline, less than 8 weeks! He is an awesome guy who genuinely has your best interests in mind.
