This bank blows. They decline all my online purchases abd cashapp transactions. Ok yea that all sounds terrific but I literally cannot make an online purchase or use cash app. I've gone through 4 bank cards because Everytime I try to purchase something online you flag my account and cancel my card.

We had to refinance an auto loan and even though we didn’t have an account there they were super helpful and friendly. We got our loan at a great new rate with no hassles!

This bank is incredible! Refinanced my car and ended up paying less than half the interest rate I was originally paying! Love the atmosphere! The people there are super sweet! Bethany and Erin are the absolute best! Very highly recommend!

Worst bank ever if you can even call it a bank. Absolutely the worst. Employees even high ups dnt know jack about their "system" and even if you have say $100,000 in there they dnt care act like it's their money, treat ya like a begger and have 0 knowledge of how any part of their "system" works. Idc who sees this its the truth and its disgusting that anyone could treat another human like that. Still waiting on my money so I never have to go back and it's been a week. 🤮

We've done business with EIFCU for years, and recently added new accounts with them. I must say the service is OUTSTANDING, extremely fast, and personal. Rates and specials beat our other banks.
