Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Newburgh, IN

Have been twice in past week to complete a transaction. Both times I was told that I would have to leave my phone number to receive a call back in order to come back in to do the transaction. I have never received a call. I was able to complete this transaction in one short visit to another branch.

This bank in Newburgh is amazing the workers are great and definitely deserve a raise! I was coming in on break and they already had everything ready so that I could be back in time.

Today I had a stranded car situation happening,realizing I needed a substantial amount of $ after calling my shop across the street from Bell Oaks Fith Third I swung through drive through in the monsoon gift from mother nature only to be told that because I didn't have my card to that account I couldn't withdraw or transfer these funds to either of these other accounts I did present cards too, so other cards &I'd weren't enough proof.hmm I explained my car is not going to make to EVANSVILLE ,this car is unable to make that distance ,I'll be stranded! The manager says I can't do anything about that.

Classic mega banks. Teller was rude and would not get a manager. Wanted to charge my spouse a fee to cash our own check. Had to get up and drive to bank to save 10.00. Should have know, always try to use credit unions like Clark Howard says.

A new low for the 5/3 in Newburgh. The teller would not let my spouse deposit cash into the account. ID was provided, amount was under one thousand, cash. The teller wanted to know where my spouse worked. When an answer was provided that the teller did not like they refused the CASH deposit. The Newburgh branch has a low rating for a reason. Try to use a good branch of 5/3.
