Customer service is treated different almost every time I walk. Even calling customer service, Sienna laughing and smacking her lips, very unprofessional, act ghetto, improper. The last time I went to the one in Plainfield, someone told me we don't have cash in the store, like I walked in there to robb the place.

I’ve been a return customer for a few years now and I’ve always had wonderful experiences with every single person there. Mandy and Terri are awesome and I always walk away feeling better. There’s several new ladies working there as well and they’re sweet as can be! Thank you for treating me so good every time! Always a positive experience.

Bri is very kind and great at her job. She never makes you feel rushed or unimportant.

I don’t expect much from predatory lending companies but this one doesn’t even meet that low bar. From check fraud, to lying to government agencies to laughing in customers faces, I don’t think they could do much worse. I was a customer of Check Into Cash for years with no problems other than the obvious - a corporation taking advantage of poor people in bad situations. Was forced to deal with these monsters when CIC closed. On a positive note, I’ll die cold & homeless before I’ll deal with this company again.

My mom went in there to cash a rather large check, she brought all the needed identification, and was talked down to. The manager asked “who even gave you this much money” and other unprofessional questions. I could not believe her despicable behavior. It is not her job nor business to ask those questions. Her job is to verify identity (which my mom had) and cash the check not interrogate.

My first time visiting Check Smart in Plainfield today was a wonderful experience. I had spoken to Mandy over the phone prior to my visit and she was very kind to let me know what paperwork was needed to apply. I also want to thank Terry for making me feel comfortable and preparing my loan. She was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing them all again. Thank you ladies!
