One Main Financial came through at the time of need! Application process was easy and staff was prompt with returning my phone call. Brooke was very pleasant and diligent with helping me get what I needed. I would recommend One Main for quick and affordable financial needs! Thank you One Main!!

I paid a loan off on 5/30/2017. Received a receipt for a zero balance, paid in full. I even received a statement showing zero owed. 2 months passed and I received a call from One Main stating my check didn't clear their bank.I never received a good explanation about where my check ended up.I ended up writing a second check for the same amount, hopefully things go better the second time thru. Be sure to ask for copies of any checks written there, just to be safe.

I called to get additional funds because I have gotten two emails and when I was done uploading my documents I Called 2 hours later to see if there was something else I needed to do because I had not heard back yet. Brooke answered the phone and was great but while I was explaining my situation she interrupted me and I didn’t even get to finish what I was saying. I felt it was a little rude and made me feel unheard. By the end of it they called back after another hour and said they weren’t able to help me. At this point I’m not sure why I keep my business there. It’s inconsistent.

I thought that it was very unprofessional. I came to pay off my loan. But was forced to stand outside until she got off her computer. I guess 10-12 minutes. I guess as though my time wasn’t important! Im glad Im done with this loan, I will never do business with this company again!!!! The one in Greenwood Indiana.
