The whole process from pre-approval to closing was super easy. Russell was great. He always updated me on how things were going, so I never felt out of the loop. Everything went so smooth and easy, I didn't even know I bought a house that's how smooth it went. Nathan and Russell are easy to talk to and answered all questions. They were very friendly and understanding. I thought I couldn't get a house and they reassured me I could. I feel they want to help people more than money in my opinion.
