It is not okay to call me 10+ times during the work day two full business days BEFORE my loan is due. That is harassment - plain and simple.

Don’t use this place it’s a joke. Have you stand there for an hour, verify your check and then tell you they don’t want to take a chance on cashing it!! Waste of time after they write all over you check! They verified through the place the check was from saying it’s good with no holds or anything!!!

The woman working was extremely rude and we will never ever come back. She obviously doesn't have the people skills to work this job.

Every single time I come in here they never have enough employees so I end up leaving!! It's always a 30+ min wait! They know when tax season arrives, it is a busy peak. They are slow without it being tax season!!

Friendly staff but loading money on cards that absurd fees.

They were so helpful to me with cashing my check and signing up for a Green Dot Card. I am not techno savvy, however, they patently guided me through things I needed to do online. All three ladies were working to help me. I also saw them help another customer with the same patience and kindness. I had a very positive experience at this location.

5 Stars. Customer Service and Efficency at its very Best! Was helped by an associate named Roz and she was Top Notch. Helped me through the process and answered all questions I had. Highly recommend this establishment!

Roz was very helpful and kind person to work with. I will definitely do business with her again!
