This place will hound you the day of your payment, Ashley and Eric are rude and possibly delusional. They will say your in collections over a few days past payment. The interest is already outrageous and you make bi weekly payments so your being harassed along with your family over 6 days on a payment always made. I will be calling someone higher up. Whoever owns this company should really look into getting better staff. The reviews speak for themselves. Same 2 people.

This place is very unprofessional. Ashley is very rude she do not know how to communicate in a professional manner. She speaks to you with a nasty attitude and she hung up on me. I called manager Eric to let him know how unprofessional Ashley was and he cut me off did not listen to my concern and took her side and hung up as well. They should be fired very poor customer service.

All the issues above are still happening Ashley an Eric are the most unprofessional people I've ever met. I only got a car here because of my divorce an open loan last resort....it was the worst idea ever! Very rude loud talked about taking me to court when I'm not behind. Just making my payment 1 day later. They both need fired ! Do not get a car through these clowns

Please look at the reviews before signing a contract with this company and Instant Auto. WhenI first got my vehicle, it had numerous mechanic issues that I had to pay for. Funny how their website also says they treat every customer with dignity and respect. Eric, especially, doesn't know what that means. He told me that my situation (me in the hospital) is irrelevant. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night. I wouldn't be surprised if this company shuts down or Instant Auto goes to a different lender. The reviews are telling.

The most unprofessional customer service reps and extremely rude manager by the name of ERIC, the way they treat their clients is horrible I’m surprised that this company is still open and able to operate. I will be reporting this company to someone of a higher power because they should be closed down permanently!

I have been working with SCS for some time now on purchasing a car. They have only called me a few times about late payments, and never really hounded me over it. Then again I didn't make them call me about the money I owed them, I took initiative into my own hands to contact them FIRST and explain that I had a family emergency and couldn't make a payment, or I had to pay for a repair on the vehicle (I mean they are used cars and will require maintenance and repairs so to expect the cars to be in perfect condition as I've seen in the other reviews is pretty ridiculous 😂). If I said that I would have to make a double payment or whatever the situation was, as long as I followed through with what I said I would do I NEVER EVER HAD AN ISSUE. Also I do in home healthcare so I have to drive my vehicle all over the area for work and my car has always started and always got me from point A to point B without fail. Thank you SCS!

Buyer beware. Do not purchase a car through Instant Auto Finance and do not get a loan with SCS credit corp EVER!!! You may regret it in the near future. Purchased a car through Instant Auto Finance that literally caught fire! and SCS Credit Corp!!!! won't even mention the rude and callous behavior I experienced dealing with them. I am not writing this review for them it is for YOU!!!! Stay away! Find another reputable dealer who will finance special credit situations!!!!! Read the reviews and take everyones word and advice. Pretty much the worst car buying experience I have ever dealt with. Think twice before going through Instant auto finance and SCS Credit Corp.
