Working with Lori and Heather was great. They made receiving a VA loan easy by walking me through every step of the process. Lori is an amazing loan originator, she really knows the ins and outs of home mortgages. If someone can't be pre-approved, she works with them on how to better their score and how/which bills to get paid off. Heather is amazing with clients and is always on top of the paperwork, reminding buyers when paperwork needs turned in, making calls to get payoffs and communicates wonderfully with buyers and the RUOFF processors. The Lori Horney Team is one of best that I've worked with. They're very organized and know exactly what it takes to get loans closed for my buyers. I'm so appreciative of them!
