I would like to thank Kristy K for helping me and being patient with me and taking her time to help me. I would recommend her to anyone. All the ladies that are there awesome but she's the only one that has had to deal with me. I appreciate your service. Thank you Kristy K and TCU.

Went in today and must have hit the rush hour. Even though I waited in line it was only for about a minute before they were able to help me. The main reason for going to this bank is they are friendly and most of them know my name when I walk in.

As of the first week of July 2020, during a pandemic, none of the workers here wear face-masks. I told my mom she needs to find a new bank.

They're always super helpful an friendly and whenever there's an issue, which there rarely is, it is solved quickly and with a smile.

I love this bank. No hidden fees or other junk the other places pull. Staff is always great and very helpful.

Day 1- go in to cash my business related checks that I am the sole owner and started 4 years ago.....the bank manager treated me as though she didn't think I was the owner and wouldn't cash the checks even though I had a DBA from the county Day 2 - I was sent to get a second DBA from the county at my expense by the bank manager Day 3- I returned to the bank and I was not helped by the bank manager again she wasn't available Day 4 - I returned again to be told that the bank doesn't acknowledge DBA's any more and wasted my money they told me I'd have to open a business account again because they closed it and it would take 24 hours Day 5 - I returned to cash my checks again and they told me they have been busy and just haven't gotten around to it Bank managers name is Karen on winnona in warsaw indiana I would not recommend doing business at this location EVER!!!

Been with this bank since 89 very helpful and friendly!!!

The banking app does not work. Not very convenient for the customer.
