Getting through to member call customer service is a nightmare! I've waited over 20 min multiple times.

The bank employees have made every experience here wonderful. There is rarely a long wait and service is exceptional! TCU is great to bank with!

My. Bank. Of. Choice

It is super frustrating and really unprofessional for a branch to never answer their phone calls,to never respond to their messages and to not follow through with something they specifically said they would be doing well over 5 to 6 days ago. Messing with people's lives and money should be not taken lightly. I will never use this company again I have learned my lesson I would advise anyone else to choose a different credit union because they obviously don't care about their customers or the seriousness of their jobs.And the rude unprofessional foreigner managing the bank is zero help, never let's you speak just talks over you and when you can talk he just interupts. Go figure!
