Northwest Bank, Warsaw, IN

I don’t mind the bank but northwest banking app is really frustrating. We constantly have items pending, then it disappears so we thought the moneys come out already but then it comes out later. It throws us off bad with what we actually have available in our account. I wish it would just take the money out when we make purchases or keep the pending sign up so we can see what’s available instead of this back and forth.

I get answers for every question and everyone seems to make it a point to help a customer's every need

10/10 place. Opened up an account with jason and he was extremely nice! and the staff as well ! i dont EVER leave reviews but this place and experience definitely deserved it😁 …
