Disappointed as I called about Mortgage information and felt like I was not getting the information I needed to make an educated decision. This is to bad because all the other interactions I have had with this bank have been so good.

Evertime I come in union bank, Thaly is very pleasant and professional. She helps me with what I need and always gives the best customer service. Every teller and banker in that establishment is always nice. They intentionally make sure to greet everyone who walks thru the door.

My wife and I have roughly 25 years experience with Union State Bank and we have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. We stared originally with Marcia Stultz and our home loan in the late nineties but before that my Mother in Law Jo Dale dealt with the original Docking’s! Over the years I have known Clayton Pappan and was happy to see him add the the team a few years ago now. What makes me most pleased currently is the service Kim Bay has provided to my 87 year old mother who recently moved from Chicago. I’ve now known Kim since her first days as a teller at the Kansas Avenue Branch. She is one of the most professional and pleasant people I’ve encountered since moving to Ark City in the year 2000.
