Union State Bank, Arkansas City, KS

Been banking with em for almost 5 yes have several accounts and still don't feel like they try to know me. Good bank, I'm just use to small town banks where ya walk in and they call ya by name. That's defiantly not this bank.

Seriously the best customer service ever. They have come through for me time and time again regardless of the request. This is why I still bank here.

Have never had an issue with this bank. I really hope the worker who was at the window on 8/7/23 around noon has/had a better day after that unnecessarily rude customer. :)
