Process to buy a house through them was incredibly difficult so I never moved my banking over. First correspondence I ever received from them in over a year was to let me know my account went dormant & they had been charging the account fees.

Had an account for 10 years and was disrespected over a glitch with their system. I was treated very poorly by management and I no longer bank with Astra.

Mediocre bank with terrible customer service. They will continue losing business until they realize the customer comes first. I closed my accounts!

The great customer service is a plus. The personnel’s at this bank are wonderful people who take their customer service seriously. Mia who worked with me in opening my account along with many others demonstrate patience and caution.
