My experiences with New Century Bank have been stellar. Over the past 2 years, I have had significant interactions with at least 5 or 6 employees of the bank, and they have all been courteous, helpful, professional and competent. When they have been busy, they're apologized for taking a day to get back to my inquiries or requests, which is almost unheard of. Overall, they have made what could have been a very drawn out and stressful experience an absolute joy. I will look for subsequent opportunities to do business with them, and I have already shared my positive experiences about them with friends and relatives.

Absolutely love this bank. They have the nicest and most compassionate people here. It is absolutely faith based and they're care of the community and their members is overwhelming! You'd be hard pressed to find a better bank than New Century Belleville.
