Great staff and friendly

This is the best bank I have ever dealt with, they are extremely polite, professional, and helpful. They will go above and beyond to do anything and everything they can to help. I will never bank anywhere else after dealing with this bank.

Very unprofessional! I was banking with Bank of Burlington for 3 years prior to them buying that banch and every since I have had nothing but issues. I was charged 2 times the first 2 months for my loan payment and charged over 100 dollars for moving my money from my savings account to my checking account within their bank! Ridiculous!

Horrible bank, I would advise anyone not to bank with them. I lost my card and they said they’ll send a new one about 10-14 days and It didn’t come. I called them asking where is my card and the lady said about 3 weeks. Very unprofessional and horrible. They could not even give the answers to my questions. On top of everything they charged me for the new card and it still took half a month to get here. Never banking with them again.
