Sunflower Bank, Colby, KS

I have banked with them for years (since childhood) and they are definitely archaic in terms of what services are and are not available online. So many things still have to be done in the branch in person. Now that I've moved away it's a huge PITA which is why I'm no longer a customer of theirs. Moving away from them was also a pain but I'm glad to be free of them.

I used to enjoy sunflower. They used to be a good bank but I dont agree with the new changes. There are no longer any free accounts they all require a monthly service fee or if you go below $100 they will charge you. So basically you just don't have that $100. It also shows that the company really doesn't care about their clients and just want to use you to make as much money as they can out of you.

Went to deposit check today. Bank was open. Nobody ever came to the drive up window-There were 6 cars waiting and no one got helped. This was at 12 PM 5/1/2018
