Worst bank I’ve ever had. The management team is horrible. I had to make changes on my account twice. Once I got the main manager Mark. He did not greet me, did not smile, nothing. Horrible customer service. Second time I got Jessica. She was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for being there. It got to the point that I asked her if she needed me to come back? Changing my account Type I got charged fees that I was unaware of. Not once was I given brochures or any information about my new account type except the little information I got online. I called customer service and all they would say was I apologize they didn’t tell you. The tellers are amazing. They always smile and they always feel like they want to take care of me. They were the only reason I stayed with them so long.

I like this branch. Their staff is friendly, and it is very convenient to bank there if you live in the north part of Dodge City. Don't hesitate to try this bank if you're opening a new account.
