Centera Bank, Dodge City, KS

Best bank I have ever dealt with! Everyone who works there are always friendly and willing to help with anything and everything! The best part is that I can do my business at any Centera branch since they are all connected so it doesn't matter if I'm in Minneola, Greensburg or Dodge City. No special out of the way trips anymore!

Minimal reach through out the state, just about 3 banks in the entire state of KS. Pathetic service quite frankly, I was attempting to close my account and I spoke to an older lady around 4:00 p.m. She hinted she wasn’t going to be able to send a simple email for me to sign electronically so I can finalize closing my account because it was an hour from closing time and it was just too hard for them to do their job. I called 2 days after and spoke to an older man, and told him respectfully that I never received the email. He said “I don’t know why they didn’t got back to you but there’s not much we can do in a Saturday morning. We’ll get someone to call you Monday morning.” I understand, they’re humans and don’t wanna be there. But if you can’t click sent in a computer with a file that’s already saved, why even clock in my guy? Anyways I don’t ever write reviews because only Karen’s and boomers do that but Centera bank from Dodge City is quite pathetic. Lack of work ethic for a simple job that requieres minimal effort mentally & physically. I had time today to write all this. Hopefully them folks read this.
