Caught a fraudulent charge on our account through my card before major purchases were made. Within the day, I had our card replaced and in hand as well as our money back in our account. What I thought would be a nightmare was an hour to remedy. Thank you!

Moved in from a big city so it took some getting used to small town life. This bank only has a couple branches but that wasn't to bad, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The reason for the 3 stars is the lack of support after hours. We went to get a uhaul on a Saturday to move and they blocked our card (we assume because it was almost $1000) and there is no after hours to talk to some one to get it approved. We had to have a friend in another state pay for it and we paid her back, otherwise we would have been in a real mess. We are no longer customers because we moved from the area but please consider getting after hours support or adding something to the app.
