Plains State Bank, Great Bend, KS

I contacted Bank of the Plains about a commercial loan. The first guy I talked with was really nice. I sent him all the information he had requested and didn't hear back from him, so I reached out again. He informed me he was leaving the bank and that he had been busy closing loans that were further along in the process than mine was, which is understandable. He also noted that another individual would be taking over the loan process I had started! It took a a while before the next guy even contacted me. After talking with him, I sent him some updated information and haven't heard back from him, that's been well over a month ago and I haven't heard anything back. Not a "yes, we'd love to help you" or a "no, I'm sorry I don't think we can help you" just crickets!! I even emailed to touch base and haven't gotten any response to that either! I figured I better update this post. Another member from the Great Bend Branch has been in contact with me and has been working with me on my loan process! She has apologized several times for the way things were handled before. We will see how things turn out, but at least someone is now making an attempt to help me, which I really appreciate. I will update this review again as needed.
