Overall pleased with my first time buying a home but, closing was 45 days out to try and give extra time for a grant. Still missed the closing date by a couple days because the process was started pretty late on that. Luckily the seller and realtor worked with me being able to move in and take early possession before closing. Communication was great even when she went on vacation and would recommend her to others.
