I have once again been blown away by the customer service at Credit Union of America in Hutchinson! They go above and beyond for all of their clients needs! I have worked with Hannah Chaney now for almost a year and she has handled every request, question, etc. with 100% professionalism and has so much patience, I can't imagine working with any other institution! Thank you, thank you for the continued service in Hutchinson, KS!

I want to thank Credit Union of America for the help in refinancing my car. I especially want to say thank you to Hannah K. one of there Financial Reps she made the process soooooo easy and convenient. She is such a friendly and helpful person she definitely needs a raise!!! One huge thing she saved me A TON of money on my interest. I definitely recommend them for anyone who’s looking for a personable, friendly Credit Union if you need help refinancing ask for Hannah!!!

I called Chris at the Hutchinson Credit of America branch. I told him I would like to refi my loan from another local institution. He communicated with me through the whole process and I got the loan that day!! He was very knowledgeable and thorough through out the process. We had the privilege of getting to work with Chris Caddell at Credit Union of America. He was so helpful! He went above and beyond getting us our car loan approved within minutes, and taking the extra effort to have loan officers look into getting us a longer term loan that made our car more affordable to us! He explained everything really clearly and had a great sense of humor which really helps when it comes to all the paperwork of loan processing! Thanks Credit Union and Chris!

Chris was great. CUA gave us a great rate and was able to get us approved within 30 minutes. It saved us a lot of money to finance our car with them versus going through the dealership.

We recently were faced with a major car repair and Abby Lidberg was able to work with us and get us a loan for the repairs. She is very prompt and efficient with her communication and processing of the application. The interest rate was pretty high, but that was the only downside to the transaction! Abby made it go very smoothly!

Great experience with CUOA recently on a car loan. Shout out to Karla! She was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely courteous and helpful. Abby Lindberg helped us in our time of need when someone hacked our accounts and tried to steal our money. She was friendly and got everything taken care of as quickly as possible. She was right there with us even after we left the Credit Union when we had problems with our debit cards.
